This is the backup story in Rampage #9.

Story 'When the Going Gets Tough...'

Hulk is on a Rampage. "HULK SMASH!" The Fantastic Four and the Avengers combine forces, but can't defeat him until the Scarlet Witch hits him with a maximum strength hex bolt, which turns him back to Bruce Banner. That's good, yeah? "BANNER SMASH!" yells the 98 lb weakling. Ooops. That's not good.

General Comments

This second story is just as linear and undemanding as the first, but at least it has a decent punchline.

Overall Rating

This is a seven page set-up for a single joke. Still, I must confess to having chuckled. Once.
