This would appear to sound the death-knell for the UK magazine titles currently created by Panini. Specifically, Spectacular Spider-Man (UK Magazine), Marvel Heroes (UK Magazine) and Spider-Man & Friends (UK Magazine).
I'm curious to know how this will affect the Spider-Man Heroes & Villains Collection (UK) series which is fixed at 60 issues, but for which distribution is only up to issue number 30 in New Zealand. Presumably the publishers Eaglemoss have purchased a fixed license, and will be permitted to complete their contracted number of issues.
