Venom Returns

Venom is set to return to regular comic continuity as part of Marvels Tsunami intiative. This time there will be a new twist, with the Venom symbiote not being tied to Edie Brock, but gaining the ability to jump from body to body.

Since Venom's previous solo adventures have been rather dubious, new series writer Daniel Way popped in at the Spider-man Message Board to try and quell fears, posting:

Daniel Way: The new Venom series... will not suck. I promise.

The series penciller will be Francisco Herrera, who recently did some work on Peter Parker: Spider-man.
