Q. 1 "Mrs. K"

 Myra
 Melissa
 Vanessa
 Virgia

Q. 2 "His Right-Hand Man"

In later years, the Kingpin didn't have time to handle everything himself. What was the name of the man who took care of the day-to-day running of his crime business.

 The Organiser
 The Arranger
 The Handler
 The Manager

Q. 3 "Gun for Hire"

In the "Gang War" five-part story, all hell breaks loose in New York as rival warlords battle for control of New York crime. Kingpin himself didn't turn up until the end of the story, but who was the 'heavy' who was working for the Kingpin's organisation.

 Boom-a-rang
 Hammerhead
 Hob-Goblin
 Jack'O'Lantern

Q. 4 "What's in the box?"

Kingpin sends the Vulturions after Spider-Man in Web #1, but they fail. In Web #2 they go for a re-match, and attack Spider-Man while he is carrying a very important parcel. What's in the box?

A hat for his Aunt May
An important science project for his Post-Grad course
A vial of antidote which could cure Dr Connors (a.k.a. The Lizard)
Papers with evidence showing Kingpin responsible for high-level corruption

Q. 5 "Brand of The Brainwasher"

In Amazing #59, Kingpin was the Brainwasher from the title of the story. He had a convoluted plan that involved having a dancer from the club (Mary-Jane gets a new job) take photos of important people who received invitations to the Gloom-Room-A-Go-Go club.

The camera flash made them partly dazed, and gave them a compulsion to go back-stage where they received the full brainwashing treatment. Then, they would perform evil deeds for the Kingpin. Earlier in the day Spider-Man had picked up hints of criminal behaviour of some of these people. What had they been noted doing for Kingpin?

 Leaking information to assist criminals
 Leaking valuable state security information
 Releasing recently arrested criminals
Diverting police away from crime scenes
