This limited series jumps out of the events of the first few New Avengers issues, which saw a heap of super-bad guys busted out of a high-tech prison. Among those escapees were two opposing super-groups with a grudge to settle. Naturally, Spidey is caught in the middle. It's a five part limited series in regular continuity, and it's pretty decent reading if you can get your hands on it.
