Philip Sheldon was a photographer during the first wave of superhumans. His ability to take exceptional photographs of the "Marvels" in action garnered him a high degree of respect among his journalistic peers.

This series takes place during the "Silver Age" and provides a more in-depth look at the introduction of the second wave of heroes. Sheldon notices some stark differences between "his" heroes and the current crop. He also struggles to find his place in a world that no longer makes sense.
