Keeping in mind that these new series of Power Pack team-up limited series are targeted for kids, this one tells of the adventures shared by Marvel's youngest team of superheroes and Franklin Richards, the oldest son of Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic) and Susan Storm (Invisible Woman) of the Fantastic Four.

The Powers family has moved back into NYC and are now attending the same school as Franklin. As can be expected, hijinks ensue.
