The Overreach Committee dopes up Venom then tosses the symbiotic duo into a sound-enhanced, super re-enforced cell. As secret agent Smith goes for some more anti-Venom drugs (dopamine inhibitors) the overreach committee decides to terminate Venom via the thermite bomb in their chest. Meanwhile, Eddie uses the symbiote to surgically extract the bomb (ouch) as a means of escape while the overreach committee bickers over who is going to "push the button" and kill Venom. Venom escapes by placing the bomb on the cell door before it detonates then escapes above ground into a parade. Meanwhile, Peter and Mary Jane are arguing over what videotape to watch when they see Venom on television hurting all the gun-toting folks. Enter Spider-Man.
