Characters: Doppelganger, Hobgoblin IV (Jason Macendale), Venom

Spidey has webbed up Macendale (Hobgoblin) and is taking him to the police after the events of the last issue. He is accosted by Demongoblin and the odd Spidey- type creature, which is apparently a leftover doppelganger from Infinity War issue six (I'm glad I've not read that).

Meanwhile, under the city, Ghost Rider and John Blaze are in the sewers searching for 'Deathspawn'. It all has something to do with one of Mackie's other titles, Spirits Of Vengeance. Venom jumps in and helps the other two take out the Deathspawn members, who were apparently the ones who killed the prison guards in issue 94.

Meanwhile, Demogoblin has Spidey and Macendale cornered in a church. Spidey escapes with the priest down to the crypt, where Venom and everyone else emerge. Venom wants to go after Spidey but is attacked by Demogoblin's six-armed Spidey creature. EVERYONE starts fighting each other in a mass of nonsense that you can barely distinguish. End part one.
