Lord Beastius has General Wasperus go through with his plan of possessing Detective Flynn and turning him against Spider-Man. He succeeds with an insect robot that controls Flynn's motor functions, almost taking out Peter's friends Janie-Marie and Harold in the process. But Spidey uses a nearby electrical tower to get the robot off just in time to learn it was a diversion for Wasperus to send his insect army into the town and completely take over.
In General...
What...the...hell? I just...have no words for this bizarre re-interpretation of Spidey. If you love Manga, maybe you'll enjoy this. If you're an old-school Spidey fan, just stay away.
