Background...With Psylocke on the team, Sabretooth and Morph head out to the other world with her to rescue their teammates. However, what they don't know is they're being brainwashed into the service of Hydra, led by Sue Storm!

In Detail...
Susan Storm, Madame Hydra, marvels over the newest member of her legion, Blink, as her consort, Wolverine, comes in to inform her the other Exiles are back. Meanwhile, Psylocke and Morph observe as Sabretooth takes down this world's Captain America. They discuss the situation at hand, and Sabretooth finally admits that they have to kill Reed to win the mission. Psylocke and Morph don't like it, but there's not much they can do. Sabretooth tells Psylocke she'll be the one to have to do it as she'll be the unknown variable. However, before they can get on with things they're attached by an army of Hand ninjas led by Blink, Spidey and Longshot. Morph and Sabretooth distract them to allow Psylocke to slip away and do what needs to be done. However, despite their gaining the upper hand, they may have more trouble with the arrival of Slaymaster! In the rebel lair, they find themselves in the middle of their own attack as Wolverine distracts Nick Fury and Callisto they're killed by Sue as she's invisible. Elektra warns Reed that the two villains are coming, but Reed doesn't seem too concerned. He only wants Elektra to go and free his daughter. As Elektra leaves, Reed turns to an invisible Psylocke and inquires what side she's on.
In General...An all-action issue with not much story development, but some clues dropped along the way of something bigger than what's been presented. So far it's turning out to be a pretty good story.
