Cards : 2004 Marvel vs. SystemThis is a trading card game by Upper Deck Entertainment. It's part of the "vs. System" series of games, which use a common rule system across different marketing streams. The one mentioned here is the "Marvel vs. System". You can also purchase "DC vs. System" cards, and you can mix-and-match, if that's what you and your opponent agree to do.Within the Marvel stream there are many different cards. You can purchase pre-configured "starter" decks of 40 cards each, chosing from "Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock", "X-Men vs. Brotherhood of Evil Mutants", and possibly others. Naturally, you will then start buying massively over-priced "booster packs" and begin making your own custom 60-card decks. The cards are pleasant enough, but personally I didn't find the game that much fun to play, and I haven't been tempted to collect a compete set. Here's just a few of the cards I got in the "Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock" starter set.
Summary
Basic CardsSome cards are (deliberately) more rare than others. I'm not going to bother trying to acquire all the cards, but here's the two holo-foil cards
